Hey there everyone Emoji32

A lot of people asked me about which brand of watercolours I used in my work 'The beginning',
so I decided to write about them.

The colours:

The hole picture is done with the 'Dr.Ph.Martins radiant CONCENTRATED watercolours'.
They are liquid ;)!
Here is a photo of them:

This colours were also new for me, so I firstly practised with them, and that's what turned out:

What I was able to see were beautiful clean, bright, great mixable and easy to use colours.
If you haven't noticed it yet: I only used the three primary colours shown in the first picture! So don't waste your money on buying something you easily can mix!

Things I would recommend for people willed to buy these colours:

- The 'Dr.Ph.Martins radiant CONCENTRATED watercolours' I have fade away in sunlight! If you want to frame your works or give it away buy the 'Dr.Ph.Martins HYDRUS Fine art watercolours'. They are almost the same and don't fade away. (They also are cheeper, so don't ask why I choosed the other ones Emoji26 ...)

- Buy the primary colours (pink, yellow and turquoise) AND a brown and black.
It's hard to mix these two colours with this brand!
Orange, green etc. aren't a problem, just these two colours ;)

I hope I got things clear and could help a bit Emoji24

I think my art teacher had a full set of these for the honors-art kids [I somehow managed to be one :dummy:]
but at the time, we used them with black ink, so I thought of them as inks rather than watercolors
a friend in the class made this piece:

sadly, that was the only time they ever used their dA
I wish they had posted more work
